Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove your data from BizHub, including any data we accessed through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or the WhatsApp Business Platform. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
Option 1 — Disconnect in the app (instant)
Sign in to BizHub
Open your workspace and sign in as an administrator.
Go to Integrations
Open Integrations → Meta Leads (or WhatsApp).
Disconnect
Click "Disconnect". This immediately revokes BizHub's access tokens and stops any further collection of data from your Facebook Page or WhatsApp account.
Remove from Facebook (optional)
You can also remove BizHub under Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
Option 2 — Request full deletion by email
Email bizhub@cyberone.lk with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the email address or workspace associated with your account, and (if applicable) your Facebook Page name.
We will verify your request and permanently delete the associated personal data and any data obtained via Meta/WhatsApp within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example tax records).
What gets deleted
- Stored Meta/WhatsApp access tokens;
- Lead records and messages imported from your connected Page/account (on request);
- Personal data associated with your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
